My Goal for September is an exercising goal. I think that if I can master this obstacle I will be able to handle some of the other eating issues more easily.  I have NEVER had a regular exercise program for any length of time. I have walked, I have several exercise videos, I have had access to a small work out gym and I have owned various types of  exercise equipment. This has always been a really stumbling block for me, however just eating right is not going to give me the energy and stamina that I need. I am going to start out this week by making a goal to exercise twice this week. Either by walking several miles or doing a exercise video. I know that this is a totally attainable, realistic goal. I will let you know of my progress.
