One things
that I do not have is a lack of recipes. I have many recipe books as
well as a computer program that has one million recipes and then of
course there are online recipes. For the purpose of this blog I will
concentrate on healthy recipes or favorite recipes
that have been converted to be healthier. I will use only recipes that
have been taste tested. As the recipe content of this
blog increases it can become an easy way to plan your weekly menus,
just browse through pick the recipes you want for that week, make your
shopping list and wahlah your on your way. I
am
always looking for new recipes as I get bored quickly cooking the
same thing and I cook very differently during different seasons. If you
have a good recipes that you would like to share leave a comment on
this post. I will email you for your recipe and try it. I can also set
you up as a contributor so that you can post future recipes and
experiences on this blog.
