Over the past few months I have had a long list of goals: to have
better self talk, not to "snack" between meals, not to eat out while
running errands, to eat and cook healthier to exercise more, there have
just been like a shotgun of things I wanted to change. I have done
better with some and not as good with others. I have been doing much
better with not eating while running errands, not picking and eating
high sugar and fatty snack foods all day long and cooking healthier.
(Although while I was traveling with my daughter for two weeks I
quickly fell back into all the old bad eating habits!) and not eating
treats all day long. Self talk I am still really working on but I have
made great strides in that area. I have decided that in order to see a
really change I need to have one specific goal that I really work on
during that month, or it may take two months to master and then move
onto another goal. If I do that while continuing to maintain the
changes I have already made I should see a real difference.

will share these monthly goals with you and I would appreciate any
ideas or suggestion that can help me along the way. If you like you can
