I probably learned less from Jenny Craig than any weight loss program I have ever been on. The way that the program works is that you go in and you look at a list of menus and you pick out the ones that appeal to you the most. They provide you with the main ingredients in each meal. Even after paying for the frozen and pre-packaged items they have for you, you still need to go out and buy all the produce and perishables required to make up the meals. It is a very easy plan because you do not have to think about what to eat and the portions are all measures out for you. The problem is that you do not learn any skills about how to plan and prepare healthier meals. It is also very expensive; I was only able to stay on it for a few weeks.
