Exercise, I can hear the groans from here. In fact I am groaning along with you. It is important to have exercise as part of your regular routine. There are some occupations that include a great deal of physical movement, but for many we need to make a conscience effort to exercise.

The two most convenient way to exercise is walking, or an at home workout. If you can find a walking companion this could help the time to go by quickly as well as keep you motivated to go. At home you could by a piece of exercise equipment or an exercise video. I recommend a video as it is usually less expensive and does not take up allot of room in your house. I have recently purchased Turbo Jam and I like that it starts low impact and you can work up to more challenging workouts. There are many successful exercise videos, the main objective is to keep up and moving.

A club membership can be a great a way to exercise. It can be a bit more difficult to work into your schedule and it also can be expensive, however you can many times get professional help on a workout that is best to meet your goals. Sometimes you can also find aerobic classes at a community center for a nominal cost that can be fun
