I love the article about chocolate being a vegetable. I try that with my husband all the time- like pizza is a well balanced meal because it's got grain, vegetables, meats, fruit (if you add pineapple), and dairy. He doesn't buy it though...

I liked the article about chocolate being a vegatable also. It's a wonderful addictive food! I have to say, it's so easy to rationalize your way out of anything. Food is the first thing I rationalize. You can talk yourself into our out of anything. Instead of rationalizing eating or not doing something I try to rationalize myslef into going to the gym, eating better, avoiding drive through! Great site.

Yes I will return to this site! It's great. I love things that are inspiring, encouraging, self-help, great ideas, etc. And it seems this site provides such things. I love the most recent quote about experience. How the test comes first...then the lesson. So true. Thanks!

Great site! I am going to pass this along to my sisters and friends. We are all concerned about health and weight loss especially just after having kids, and I think that your site has a lot of insight to offer. Thanks!

Always great to share our stories and health care information so we women can support each other in taking care of ourselves. With the sugars and simple carbs I have cut from my diet for my third pregnancy and because I don't eat many veggies, I so wish chocolate really did fall into the vegetable catergory! :)

It's great to have a good source of practical nutrition information; nothing too extreme, just intellegent, real woman-to-real woman communication. Thanks!
